THE LAND COVERS 1.4175 hectares, or 14,175 sq m or 3.5 acres.

The main terrace is 66 metres squared, of which 15 metres is an open-sided, but roofed, arboretum, facing a flower-bedecked cascade and next to a barbecue.

There is a well-established garden with three cherry, two plum and an apricot tree in prime production, and a pomegranate. An automatic garden watering system feeds water year-round from the natural source.

Water features include a cascade bordered by annual flowers in pockets facing the arboretum, and a waterfall leading into a small 'lake'.

Other trees and plants include oleanders, mimosas, camellias, roses, lilacs, selenium, passiflora, bananas, one magnolia and hundreds of bulbs.

Outside the cultivated area there is an abundance of delicious wild fig trees, quince, sweet chestnut, blackberries, arbutus, oaks, Mountain Pines, ash, cistus, heathers of great variety and a lot of orchids and wildflowers.

There are also attractive purpose-cut paths leading directly up the hillside, avoiding roads - perfect for ramblers and dogs!
